Your team's attention to the details during design, fabrication, quality assurance, and shipping was impressive. Without the efforts of you and your team, we would not have made the required installation dates while still making sure the quality was first class. I particularly want to thank you for delivering probably the highest quality structural fabrication we have seen. We are especially pleased that your team did this in just eight weeks with total contract costs slightly below our project estimate. The new facility, which came on line Thursday July 27th, is an integral part of world class Titanium Dioxide production facility and will continue to be for many more years. We hope to plan, design and execute the next job even better so that we are not quite so rushed at the end. For the record, the total construction duration was just 56 working days, and we did it in the safest and most cost-effective manner. That's not bad for a $1.55MM project.
